Gloria Archer is a globally certified change management professional (CCMP) with 15+ years of experience scoping, leading and implementing business and IT digital transformation projects. As a change management enthusiast and “lifetime evolver”, Gloria has helped numerous C-suite executives and project leaders reach their strategic objectives on transformation projects impacting 2K to 25K + stakeholders worldwide. Gloria has worked for American, Australian, British, Canadian, and French companies, broadening her perspective of global transformations. She has traveled in the eastern and western hemispheres to Dubai, Mexico, and Norway accelerating the adoption of change in these areas and more. Gloria’s company, Evolvsys, has presented for numerous local and global organizations such as the Agile Leadership Network, Project Management Institute (PMI), Texas Oracle User Group, and Women in Technology International (WITI). As a proud native Houstonian, Gloria was an Adjunct Project Management Professor for Houston Community College (HCC), where she taught over 50 adult learners how to integrate change management and project management principles for benefits realization.
